How my programmes and coaching work
Follow the step by step testing process to establish your bodies baseline or enter your PB and then follow the tailored sessions that progress you as effectively as possible to make good progress forward.
Your programme is specifically designed to progress you forward at your level. Be it if you're just getting into the gym for the first time or you're more experienced and looking for better structure and results.
Set programmes:
For intermediate-advanced level athletes.
These programmes focus on driving individual movements or training modalities and are a 1 off cost with set amount of coaching support.
Cost: £50. Half price for programmes in development.
Online Group coaching:
More for beginner-intermediates.
This type of coaching offers a more holistic and semi bespoke programme where I can come into your programme and make adjustments and includes a community of people similar to you and what you're working towards. You can get additional support from and join in the weekly coaching call for more accountability, support, answer questions and get feedback on your form.
Cost: £100/Month. 40% off for programmes in development.
1:1 Online coaching:
For those that want a completely bespoke programme and more regular access to me via whatsapp to answer questions and get more video feedback. Contact to book a zoom call to go over goal setting and planning your training.
Cost: £200/Month. Currently 25% off.
