Welcome to Day 11!
Your task today is to post a time you failed and overcame that failure to success.
For example I set a goal to squat 200kg and failed over multiple attempts and training phases over 6 months but it caused me to assess my training plan and lifestyle to allow proper recovery and since making the right changes have hit that goal and progressed to achieve a 250kg squat.
