Drawing from my years as a world-class athlete and the privilege of training under some of the best coaches globally such as the GB rowing coaching system, Sika Strength and Gabriel Sincrain. I've witnessed and experienced both exceptional coaching and the often subpar results delivered by wannabe coaches and bad online programmes.
These experiences inspired me to become a coach who develops exceptional programmes and coaching to those willing to work hard.
